1. The Government of Azerbaijan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Improved Livelihoods for IDPs in Azerbaijan Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of bakery production equipment for training graduates.    Batch 2

2. The State Committee for Affaires of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons now invites quotation from eligible bidders for the Procurement of gas stove, microwave oven, grill apparatus, meat grinder, blender (mixing), scales (electronic), dough kneader, baking oven, dough rolling machine, ventilation system, special trays for bread, dough trays, sieve, oven, dough mixing machine, mixer with the delivery Period set as 1 month.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (Request for Quotations)   procedures                                       as          specified  in  the  World Bank’s Guidelines: PROCUREMENT   IN   INVESTMENT   PROJECT

FINANCING    Goods,    Works,    Non-Consulting    and    Consulting    Services (“Procurement Guidelines”) September 2023 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information (State Committee for Refugees and İDPs, scri.refugee@gmail.com) and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 09:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. local time at the address given below. The Bidding document will be made available September 24th, 2024.

1. The deadline for bid submission is October 7th, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Hard copies are permitted. A complete set of bidding documents in (English and Azerbaijan) may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of written application to the address below.
2. Late Bids will be rejected.
